Sure there are a lot of technical BLOGS that exist in the marketplace.  It seems that everyone with a computer is an expert.  But we look at things a little bit differently than most.  Our best clients are attorneys.  They know what they want to do, and we know how to help them do it.  To that end, we spend a lot of time looking at technology from a legal point of view.  We are forensic examiners and we try to assist you with the ever-changing rules of evidence, including locating and securing information which may be of evidentiary value to you.  We know that the days of the Banker’s Box full of receipts are gone.  We live in an age of hard drives, cell phones, and wireless tablets.  We can help you through that quagmire.

We will be using this forum to write some articles which may be of interest to you.  Some of them are about common sense things, some are about uncommon sense.  Regardless, we hope that there will be items here that you will find helpful.

We look forward to being of service to you and the legal community.
